The second step is to know when to have important discussions.

This is a challenge, because women are spontaneous and usually like to initiate conversations as needed.

It would help to think like a businessman having to meet a very important client.

Without question he would know the agenda, the time and the location.

Suggest a mutually agreed upon time to have important conversations.

Ask if the timing is right?

If not negotiate or request a more convenient time.

When communicating with men, the first decision a woman must made is on what she is going to say.

The topic needs to be well designed.

Speaking in generalities to a man is like herding cats, a lot of work and highly ineffective.

Repeating the topic multiple times and screaming is a sure sign that you are not be heard.

Women should be succinct, using as few words as possible with a goal to make a clear and meaningful request or statement.

Make one request at a time with suggested deadlines and seek confirmation like you would if ordering clothes on the internet.
